1. Overview
Fitness Kernel uses strictly necessary cookies to authenticate you, keep your session secure, and remember your active gym workspace. Optional analytics (Vercel Analytics) loads only if you opt in via the cookie notice. We do not set advertising cookies. Essential cookies do not require a blocking consent gate.
2. Cookies we use

3. Local storage (not cookies)
We may also store small preferences in your browser’s local storage, such as theme preference (fitness-kernel-theme), cookie-notice acknowledgement (fk_cookie_notice_ack), and a future-ready consent record (fk_consent) for analytics/marketing categories (both default off until you opt in, if we ever add those features).
4. Managing cookies
You can clear cookies in your browser settings. Clearing the Supabase auth cookie will sign you out. Blocking essential cookies will prevent Fitness Kernel from working correctly.
