1. Overview
Fitness Kernel currently uses only strictly necessary cookies to authenticate you, keep your session secure, and remember your active gym workspace. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies today. Because these cookies are essential to run the service, a blocking consent gate is not required for them.
2. Cookies we use
| Name | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-*-auth-token (and .0 / .1 chunks) | Supabase Auth session — keeps you signed in securely across requests. | Strictly necessary | Session / provider-defined (refreshed while you stay signed in) |
| vyuha_active_org_id | Remembers which gym workspace (tenant) you are currently using. | Strictly necessary | Up to ~1 year (or until cleared / sign-out) |
| vyuha_impersonating_org | Set only when a Vyuha platform admin temporarily views a gym for support. | Strictly necessary | Short-lived support session |
| vyuha_impersonate_return_org | Stores the platform workspace to return to after ending impersonation. | Strictly necessary | Short-lived support session |
3. Local storage (not cookies)
We may also store small preferences in your browser’s local storage, such as theme preference (fitness-kernel-theme), cookie-notice acknowledgement (fk_cookie_notice_ack), and a future-ready consent record (fk_consent) for analytics/marketing categories (both default off until you opt in, if we ever add those features).
4. Managing cookies
You can clear cookies in your browser settings. Clearing the Supabase auth cookie will sign you out. Blocking essential cookies will prevent Fitness Kernel from working correctly.
